Ce paramètre de stratégie contrôle l’avertissement des utilisateurs par Outlook 2010 avant l’exécution d’une action personnalisée. Les actions personnalisées ajoutent des fonctionnalités à Outlook 2010, qui peuvent être déclenchées dans le cadre d’une règle. Une action personnalisée peut être créée en réponse à un message et faire échouer les protections des envois automatiques du modèle objet. Si vous activez ce paramètre de stratégie, vous disposez de quatre options de contrôle du fonctionnement d’Outlook lorsqu’une action personnalisée utilise le modèle objet Outlook : * Demander à l’utilisateur * Approuver automatiquement * Refuser automatiquement * Afficher une invite en fonction de la sécurité définie pour l’ordinateur. Cette option applique la configuration par défaut dans Outlook. Si vous désactivez ou ne configurez pas ce paramètre de stratégie, lorsqu’Outlook ou un autre programme lance une action personnalisée à l’aide du modèle objet Outlook, les utilisateurs sont invités à accepter ou refuser l’action. Si cette configuration est modifiée, le code malveillant peut utiliser le modèle objet Outlook afin de compromettre les informations sensibles ou de mettre en danger les données et les ressources informatiques. Cela revient à activer l’option Afficher une invite en fonction de la sécurité définie pour l’ordinateur.
