Ce paramètre de stratégie contrôle le blocage par Outlook des pièces jointes potentiellement dangereuses de niveau 1. Outlook utilise deux niveaux de sécurité pour limiter l’accès aux fichiers joints aux messages électroniques ou d'autres éléments. Les fichiers associés à des extensions spécifiques peuvent être classés au niveau 1 (les utilisateurs ne peuvent pas afficher le fichier) ou au niveau 2 (les utilisateurs peuvent ouvrir le fichier après l'avoir enregistré sur le disque). Les utilisateurs peuvent ouvrir librement les fichiers des types non classés au niveau 2 ou au niveau 2. Si vous activez ce paramètre de stratégie, les utilisateurs d'Outlook peuvent accéder aux pièces jointes de niveau 1 en les enregistrant sur le disque avant de les ouvrir, comme pour les pièces jointes de niveau 2. Si vous désactivez ce paramètre de stratégie, les pièces jointes de niveau 1 ne sont jamais affichées. Si vous ne configurez pas ce paramètre de sécurité, Outlook bloque totalement l'accès aux fichiers de niveau 1 et demande à l'utilisateur d'enregistrer les fichiers de niveau 2 sur le disque avant leur ouverture.
