Ce paramètre de stratégie contrôle le niveau de protection contre le courrier indésirable. Le filtre Courrier indésirable dans Outlook permet d’empêcher l’encombrement de la boîte de réception d’un utilisateur par les messages indésirables (ou spam). Le filtre évalue chaque message entrant sur la base de plusieurs facteurs, notamment l’heure d’envoi et le contenu du message. Plutôt que d’isoler un destinataire ou un type de message spécifique, le filtre analyse chaque message sur la base de son contenu et de sa structure afin de déterminer s’il s’agit ou non d’un courrier indésirable. Si vous activez ce paramètre de stratégie, vous pouvez choisir l’une des quatre options répertoriées. Une fois l’option activée, les utilisateurs ne peuvent pas la modifier. Si vous désactivez ce paramètre de stratégie, Outlook revient au niveau de protection défini par l’utilisateur. Si vous ne configurez pas ce paramètre de stratégie, les utilisateurs peuvent modifier les options de filtrage du courrier indésirable.
