Ce paramètre de stratégie contrôle l’activation du filtre Courrier indésirable dans Outlook. Ce filtre est conçu pour intercepter les courriers indésirables (ou spam) les plus évidents et les envoyer dans les dossiers Courrier indésirable des utilisateurs. Le filtre évalue chaque message entrant sur la base de plusieurs facteurs, notamment l’heure d’envoi et le contenu du message. Plutôt que d’isoler un destinataire ou un type de message spécifique, le filtre analyse chaque message sur la base de son contenu et de sa structure, afin de déterminer s’il s’agit ou non d’un courrier indésirable. Si vous activez ce paramètre de sécurité, le filtrage du courrier indésirable dans Outlook est entièrement désactivé, et les commandes de filtrage sont masquées. Vous pouvez par ailleurs utiliser le paramètre de stratégie Niveau de protection contre le courrier indésirable pour prédéfinir un niveau de filtrage et empêcher sa modification par les utilisateurs. Remarque : ce paramètre de stratégie n’a pas de conséquence sur la configuration du filtre de messages intelligent de Microsoft Exchange Server, qui permet de filtrer le courrier indésirable au niveau du serveur. Si vous désactivez ou ne configurez pas ce paramètre de stratégie, le filtre Courrier indésirable est activé dans Outlook.
