Par défaut, la plupart des dossiers partagés auxquels les utilisateurs accèdent dans d’autres boîtes aux lettres sont automatiquement téléchargés et mis en cache dans les fichiers OST locaux des utilisateurs lorsque le mode Exchange mis en cache est activé. Seuls les dossiers de courrier partagés ne sont pas mis en cache. Ce paramètre vous permet de modifier ce comportement afin que les dossiers extérieurs à la messagerie ne soient pas téléchargés automatiquement.
