Cette option masque à l’utilisateur la fonction qui permet de mettre en cache les mots de passe dans le Registre de l’ordinateur. Lorsque cette stratégie est configurée, la case à cocher Mémoriser le mot de passe est masquée et Outlook ne mémorise pas le mot de passe des utilisateurs. Notez que les comptes de messagerie POP3, IMAP et HTTP sont considérés comme étant des comptes de messagerie Internet dans Outlook. Les options qui permettent de configurer ces comptes s’affichent dans la boîte de dialogue Type de serveur lorsque l’utilisateur sélectionne Nouveau sous Outils | Paramètres du compte.
