Par défaut, la promotion des propriétés InfoPath est activée. Ce paramètre permet de désactiver la promotion des propriétés des formulaires InfoPath dans les propriétés Outlook. Grâce à cette fonctionnalité, les formulaires InfoPath peuvent promouvoir les propriétés des données sous-jacentes en propriétés nommées dans Outlook. Ces propriétés s’affichent dans les affichages des dossiers, et l’utilisateur peut les utiliser à des fins de regroupement, de filtrage et de tri.
