Ce paramètre de stratégie vous permet de configurer le nombre (en fonction de la période) de courriers de l’utilisateur qu’Outlook synchronise localement en utilisant le mode Exchange mis en cache. Si vous activez ce paramètre de stratégie, vous pouvez spécifier la période de courriers qu’Outlook synchronise avec les ordinateurs des utilisateurs. Vous pouvez sélectionner les options suivantes : 3 jours, 1 semaine, 2 semaines, 1 mois, 3 mois, 6 mois, 1 an, 2 ans, 3 ans, 5 ans et Toujours. Si vous désactivez ce paramètre de stratégie ou si vous ne le configurez pas, Outlook synchronise la période des 12 derniers mois de courriers avec les ordinateurs des utilisateurs.
