Ce paramètre de stratégie contrôle la vérification par Outlook de la présence de la clé privée de l’utilisateur lorsque celui-ci envoie un courrier chiffré et que l’utilisateur est inclus en tant que destinataire du courrier. L’utilisateur peut être inclus comme destinataire directement ou en tant que membre d’une liste de distribution. Si vous activez ce paramètre de stratégie, Outlook recherche la clé privée de l’utilisateur. Si vous désactivez ce paramètre de stratégie, Outlook ne recherche pas la clé privée de l’utilisateur. Si vous ne configurez pas ce paramètre de stratégie, Outlook recherche la clé privée de l’utilisateur.
