Ce paramètre de stratégie permet d’activer ou de désactiver la fonctionnalité Présence intégrée au bloc-notes dans OneNote, qui diffuse des informations sur le statut de présence des utilisateurs dans un bloc-notes et active la synchronisation en temps réel pour les utilisateurs qui modifient la même page. Notez que les modifications apportées à cette stratégie ne prennent effet qu’au redémarrage de OneNote. Si vous activez ce paramètre de stratégie ou si vous ne le configurez pas, les utilisateurs qui modifient simultanément la même page d’un bloc-notes reçoivent une notification. Quand cette situation se produit, OneNote passe également en mode de synchronisation en temps réel. Si vous désactivez ce paramètre de stratégie, les utilisateurs qui modifient simultanément la même page d’un bloc-notes ne reçoivent pas de notification. De plus, OneNote ne passe pas en mode de synchronisation en temps réel.
