Les valeurs entrées seront utilisées par le client pour fournir à l’utilisateur un flux de travail qui sera mis à sa disposition pour tous ses documents. L’URL doit être complète (par exemple http://localsharepointsite/Shared%20Documents). Certains flux de travail exigent que l’utilisateur signe les documents au moyen d’une signature intégrée au document. Ce type de flux de travail n’est proposé à l’utilisateur que sous forme d’option dans les applications qui prennent en charge les signatures intégrées aux documents. Ces flux de travail doivent également être disponibles dans la bibliothèque de documents (la définition de ces valeurs informe simplement le client de l’existence du flux de travail).
