Ce paramètre de stratégie vous permet de désactiver la fonctionnalité d’insertion de capture d’écran. Si vous activez ce paramètre de stratégie, vous désactivez l’insertion de captures d’écran dans Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook et Word. Ce paramètre n’affecte pas la fonctionnalité de capture d’écran dans Microsoft OneNote, ni la touche Impr. écran du clavier. Si vous désactivez ou ne configurez pas ce paramètre de stratégie, la fonctionnalité d’insertion de capture d’écran dans Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook et Word est activée. Cette fonctionnalité permet d’insérer à la fois des captures d’écran et le contenu d’une fenêtre active entière.
