Ce paramètre de stratégie contrôle si les utilisateurs peuvent fournir des informations d’identification à Office en utilisant leur identifiant de compte Microsoft ou l’ID d’utilisateur attribué par votre organisation pour accéder à Office 365. Si vous activez ce paramètre de stratégie, vous pouvez spécifier l’une des options suivantes : - Si vous sélectionnez « Les deux identifiants sont autorisés », les utilisateurs peuvent se connecter et accéder au contenu d’Office en utilisant l’un des deux ID. - Si vous sélectionnez « Compte Microsoft uniquement », les utilisateurs peuvent se connecter uniquement en utilisant leur compte Microsoft. - Si vous sélectionnez « Organisation uniquement », les utilisateurs peuvent se connecter uniquement en utilisant l’ID d’utilisateur attribué par votre organisation pour accéder à Office 365. - Si vous sélectionnez « Aucun n’est autorisé », les utilisateurs ne peuvent pas se connecter en utilisant l’un des deux ID. Si vous désactivez ce paramètre de stratégie ou si vous ne le configurez pas, les utilisateurs peuvent se connecter en utilisant l’un des deux ID. Remarque : cette stratégie ne s’applique pas aux licences. Un utilisateur peut octroyer des licences à son produit à l’aide de n’importe quel ID approprié s’il possède une licence valide associée à ce compte. Cependant, le fait de fournir des informations d’identification à des fins de licence quand ce type d’ID a été désactivé n’affecte pas l’état de connexion d’Office.
