Ce paramètre de stratégie vous permet de spécifier les champs de commentaire à afficher dans le dictionnaire de listes d’adresses globales d’Outlook. Ce paramètre de stratégie s’applique uniquement à la version japonaise de l’éditeur de méthode d’entrée (IME) Microsoft. Si vous activez ce paramètre de stratégie, vous pouvez spécifier les champs à afficher en définissant des chaînes composées des lettres d’identification (ID) suivantes. Vous devez également utiliser les ID/chaînes dans l’ordre suivant. L’ID de chaque champ est le suivant : a = Nom complet c = Nom phonétique e = Nom de la société f = Nom du service g = Fonction h = Emplacement du bureau j = Adresse de messagerie k = Numéro de téléphone professionnel l = Adresse professionnelle Par exemple, spécifiez la valeur « ace » si vous souhaitez afficher les champs Nom complet, Nom phonétique et Nom de la société. Si vous ne configurez pas ce paramètre de stratégie, les champs Nom complet, Nom phonétique, Nom du service, Fonction et Emplacement du bureau sont affichés dans les commentaires, dans cet ordre.
