Ce paramètre de stratégie contrôle si les utilisateurs peuvent envoyer des informations personnelles à Office. Lorsque les utilisateurs choisissent d’envoyer des informations, les applications Office 2016 envoient automatiquement des informations à Office. Si vous activez ce paramètre de stratégie, les utilisateurs peuvent choisir d’envoyer des informations personnelles à Office. Si votre organisation a mis en place des stratégies qui régissent l’utilisation des ressources externes, l’inclusion d’utilisateurs au programme peut entraîner la violation de ces stratégies. Si vous désactivez ce paramètre de stratégie, les utilisateurs d’Office 2016 ne peuvent pas envoyer d’informations personnelles à Office. Si vous ne configurez pas ce paramètre de stratégie, cela revient à activer la stratégie.
