Ce paramètre de stratégie vous permet de déterminer si Word, PowerPoint ou Excel doivent désactiver les fonctionnalités de ticket d’impression la prochaine fois que ces applications tenteront de les utiliser après un échec. Les fonctionnalités de ticket d’impression comprennent le duplexage et l’agrafage. Si vous activez ou ne configurez pas ce paramètre de stratégie, les fonctionnalités de ticket d’impression sont désactivées si Word, PowerPoint et Excel échouent lors de l’utilisation de la fonctionnalité de ticket d’impression d’une imprimante. Lorsque l’imprimante est ensuite utilisée, ses fonctionnalités de ticket d’impression sont désactivées jusqu'à ce que l’utilisateur demande à les utiliser de nouveau. Si vous désactivez ce paramètre de stratégie, Word, PowerPoint ou Excel ne désactivent pas les fonctionnalités de ticket d’impression suite à une défaillance. Cela peut provoquer des problèmes d’imprimante répétés.
