Ce paramètre de stratégie contrôle l’installation d’un service en arrière-plan pour la Recherche Microsoft dans Bing. Le service en arrière-plan est inclus lorsque vous installez Applications Microsoft 365 pour les entreprises pour la première fois ou effectuez une mise à jour vers une nouvelle version. Ce service en arrière-plan vérifie l’état d’une case à cocher dans la section Recherche Microsoft du Centre d’administration Microsoft 365. Si la case à cocher est activée, une extension Recherche Microsoft dans Bing pour Google Chrome est installée. Celle-ci définit Bing comme moteur de recherche par défaut. Les utilisateurs peuvent toutefois modifier le moteur de recherche par défaut même après l’installation de l’extension. Remarque : la case à cocher dans le Centre d’administration Microsoft 365 n’est pas sélectionnée par défaut. Par conséquent, même si le service en arrière-plan est installé, vos utilisateurs ne verront aucun changement, sauf si vous accédez au Centre d’administration Microsoft 365 et que vous activez la case à cocher. Si vous activez ce paramètre de stratégie, le service en arrière-plan ne sera pas installé. Étant donné que le service en arrière-plan n’est pas installé, l’extension ne le sera pas non plus, même si la case à cocher est activée dans le Centre d’administration Microsoft 365. Si vous désactivez ou omettez de configurer ce paramètre de stratégie, le service en arrière-plan sera installé. Même si le service en arrière-plan est installé, l’extension ne le sera pas si la case à cocher n’est pas activée dans le Centre d’administration Microsoft 365.
