Ce paramètre de stratégie permet aux utilisateurs d’enregistrer les fichiers extraits de SharePoint ou d’autres produits de serveur de gestion de documents vers un dossier local lors de la modification des fichiers. Par défaut, les fichiers extraits sont stockés dans le cache de documents Office. Ce dernier propose les mêmes fonctionnalités d’édition hors connexion qu’un dossier local, mais synchronise automatiquement les fichiers lorsqu’une connectivité Internet est disponible. Remarque : il n’est pas recommandé d’activer ce paramètre de stratégie, sauf s’il est nécessaire pour prendre en charge des processus de gestion de documents existants. Si vous activez ce paramètre de stratégie, les utilisateurs peuvent spécifier un dossier local dans lequel enregistrer les fichiers extraits en accédant à Fichier > Options > Enregistrement > Options d’édition en mode hors connexion. Si vous désactivez ou omettez de configurer ce paramètre de stratégie, les fichiers extraits sont stockés dans le cache de documents Office.
