Ce paramètre de stratégie vous permet de déterminer si Word, PowerPoint ou Excel doivent valider la connexion à une imprimante avant d’essayer de l’utiliser sous l’onglet Impression en mode Backstage. Si vous activez ce paramètre de stratégie, Word, PowerPoint et Excel ne valident pas les imprimantes avant de les utiliser. Si des données non valides sont renvoyées de l’imprimante, Word, PowerPoint et Excel tentent de les utiliser, ce qui peuvent entraîner un échec de l’application. Si vous désactivez ou ne configurez pas ce paramètre de stratégie, Word, PowerPoint et Excel valident les imprimantes avant de les utiliser sous l’onglet Impression en mode Backstage. Si la validation échoue, l’imprimante est désactivée.
