Ce paramètre de stratégie contrôle l’interrogation des serveurs Office par les applications Office 2016 afin de récupérer les listes des liens publiés. Si vous activez ce paramètre de stratégie, les applications Office 2016 ne peuvent pas interroger un serveur Office pour récupérer les liens publiés. Si vous désactivez ce paramètre de stratégie ou si vous ne le configurez pas, les utilisateurs des applications Office 2016 peuvent afficher et utiliser les liens vers les sites Microsoft SharePoint Server à partir de ces applications. Vous pouvez configurer les liens publiés vers les applications Office lors du déploiement initial, puis ajouter ou modifier des liens dans le cadre d’opérations normales. Ces liens apparaissent sous l’onglet Mes sites SharePoint des boîtes de dialogue Ouvrir, Enregistrer et Enregistrer sous lors de l’ouverture et de l’enregistrement de documents à partir de ces applications. Les liens peuvent être ciblés de façon à n’être affichés qu’aux utilisateurs appartenant à des publics spécifiques. Notez que ce paramètre de stratégie s’applique spécifiquement à Microsoft SharePoint Server. Il ne s’applique pas à Microsoft SharePoint Foundation.
