Ce paramètre de stratégie permet de contrôler si des utilisateurs d’Office 2016 peuvent ajouter le chiffrement de mot de passe aux documents. (Les utilisateurs peuvent accéder à cette fonctionnalité sous l’onglet Microsoft Office, en cliquant sur Infos, sur Protection du document, puis sur Chiffrer avec mot de passe. Si vous activez ce paramètre de stratégie, les utilisateurs ne peuvent pas protéger leurs documents Office 2016 avec un mot de passe. Si vous désactivez ce paramètre de stratégie ou si vous ne le configurez pas, les utilisateurs peuvent chiffrer leurs fichiers Office 2016 avec un mot de passe.
