Microsoft Office peut assurer l'itinérance des paramètres pour des fonctionnalités Office spécifiques sur des appareils en stockant ces données dans le cloud. Ces données comprennent votre activité utilisateur, telle que la liste des documents utilisés récemment, ainsi que vos préférences, telles que le thème Office. Ce paramètre de stratégie contrôle si ces données sont autorisées à être stockées dans le cloud. Si vous activez ce paramètre de stratégie, les paramètres d'itinérance sont uniquement stockés en local et ne sont pas synchronisés avec le service web de paramètres d'itinérance Microsoft Office. Si vous désactivez ce paramètre de stratégie ou si vous ne le configurez pas, les paramètres d'itinérance sont synchronisés avec le service web de paramètres d'itinérance Microsoft Office et vous ne pouvez pas accéder à vos données à partir d’autres appareils. Cette stratégie n'a aucun impact sur les données existantes dans le cloud.
