Ce paramètre de stratégie vous permet d’ajouter un service de présentation à la liste des services de présentation en ligne dans PowerPoint et Word. Cette liste apparaît quand un utilisateur clique sur le lien Autres services, situé sous l’option Présenter en ligne sous l’onglet Partager en mode Backstage dans PowerPoint et Word, et dans le ruban de PowerPoint. Si vous activez ce paramètre de stratégie, vous pouvez ajouter un service de présentation à la liste des services de présentation en ligne dans PowerPoint et Word. Vous devez spécifier un nom et une URL pour chaque service ajouté. De manière facultative, vous pouvez également spécifier une description, l’URL d’une page web comportant des informations complémentaires sur le service ainsi que l’URL d’une page web contenant les conditions du service que l’utilisateur peut afficher en cliquant sur le lien Contrat de service. Si vous désactivez ce paramètre de stratégie ou si vous ne le configurez pas, le lien Autres services affiche uniquement les services ajoutés manuellement par les utilisateurs.
