Ce paramètre de stratégie vous permet de désactiver l’enregistrement automatique par défaut dans Word. Cette fonctionnalité enregistre automatiquement toutes les modifications apportées par un utilisateur aux fichiers stockés dans OneDrive, OneDrive Entreprise ou SharePoint Online. Si vous activez ce paramètre de stratégie, l’enregistrement automatique est désactivé par défaut dans Word. L’utilisateur peut toutefois l’activer en accédant à Fichier > Options > Enregistrement. Il peut également activer l’enregistrement automatique pour un fichier Word spécifique à l’aide du bouton bascule Enregistrement automatique de la barre de titre. Si vous désactivez ou omettez de configurer ce paramètre de stratégie, l’enregistrement automatique est activé par défaut, mais l’utilisateur peut le désactiver en accédant à Fichier > Options > Enregistrement ou à l’aide du bouton bascule Enregistrement automatique. Remarque : ce paramètre de stratégie s’applique uniquement aux versions par abonnement d’Office, telles qu’Applications Microsoft 365 pour les entreprises.
