Ce paramètre de stratégie contrôle ce qui est affiché lorsque l’utilisateur accède à Fichier > Partager dans Word, Excel ou PowerPoint. Par défaut, la sélection de Fichier > Partager redirige l’utilisateur vers la boîte de dialogue Partager, qui propose différents choix pour le partage. Ces choix apparaissaient sous Fichier > Partager, mais n’y apparaissent plus par défaut. D’autres choix apparaissaient sous Fichier > Partager, mais n’apparaissent pas dans la boîte de dialogue Partager. Si vous activez ce paramètre de stratégie, l’utilisateur n’est pas redirigé vers la boîte de dialogue Partager et peut accéder à tous les choix de partage sous Fichier > Partager. Par exemple, plusieurs options de partage par courrier électronique ou une option de partage par message instantané. Si vous désactivez ou omettez de configurer ce paramètre de stratégie, la sélection de Fichier > Partager redirige l’utilisateur vers la boîte de dialogue Partager, laquelle n’inclut pas toutes les options de partage. Remarque : l’utilisateur peut également ajouter des boutons pour ces autres options de partage au ruban ou à la barre d’outils Accès rapide, quelle que soit la configuration de ce paramètre de stratégie.
