OBSOLÈTE : cette stratégie est obsolète et ne fonctionne pas après Microsoft Edge87. Cette politique permet à un administrateur de spécifier qu'une page peut afficher des popups lors de son déchargement. Lorsque la stratégie est définie sur activé, les pages sont autorisées à afficher des fenêtres contextuelles pendant leur déchargement. Lorsque la règle est désactivée ou non définie, les pages ne sont pas autorisées à afficher des fenêtres contextuelles pendant leur déchargement. Cette restriction est selon la spécification : (https://html.spec.whatwg.org/#apis-for-creating-and-navigating-browsing-contexts-by-name). Cette règle a été supprimée dans Microsoft Edge 88 et est ignorée si elle est définie.
