Ce paramètre de stratégie spécifie l’utilisation ou non du format UTF-8, une norme qui définit les caractères pour qu’ils soient lisibles dans toutes les langues. Avec le format UTF-8, vous pouvez échanger des adresses Internet (URL) contenant des caractères de n’importe quelle langue. Si vous activez ce paramètre de stratégie, Internet Explorer ne permet pas l’envoi de la partie chemin d’accès des URL au format UTF-8. L’utilisateur ne peut pas modifier ce paramètre de stratégie. Si vous désactivez ce paramètre de stratégie, Internet Explorer permet l’envoi de la partie chemin d’accès des URL au format UTF-8. L’utilisateur ne peut pas modifier ce paramètre de stratégie.
