Ce paramètre de stratégie spécifie si un utilisateur peut modifier des paramètres de proxy. Si vous activez ce paramètre de stratégie, l’utilisateur ne peut pas configurer les paramètres de proxy. Si vous désactivez ce paramètre de stratégie ou si vous ne le configurez pas, l’utilisateur peut configurer les paramètres de proxy.
