Empêche Internet Explorer d’afficher l’écran de démarrage lorsque les utilisateurs démarrent le navigateur. Si vous activez ce paramètre de stratégie, l’écran de démarrage, qui affiche le nom du programme et des informations sur la licence et le copyright, n’est pas affiché. Si vous désactivez ce paramètre de stratégie ou si vous ne le configurez pas, l’écran de démarrage est affiché chaque fois que les utilisateurs démarrent leur navigateur.
