Internet Explorer place des restrictions de zone sur toutes les pages Web qu’il ouvre, en fonction de l’emplacement de la page Web (Internet, intranet, zone Ordinateur local, etc.). Les pages Web sur l’ordinateur local ont les restrictions de sécurité minimales et sont situées dans la zone Ordinateur local. La sécurité de la zone Ordinateur local s’applique à l’ensemble des fichiers et contenus locaux traités par Internet Explorer. Cette fonctionnalité contribue à atténuer les attaques pour lesquelles la zone Ordinateur local est utilisée comme vecteur d’attaque pour charger du code HTML malveillant. Si vous activez ce paramètre de stratégie, la sécurité de la zone Ordinateur local s’applique à l’ensemble des fichiers et contenus locaux traités par Internet Explorer. Si vous désactivez ce paramètre de stratégie, la sécurité de la zone Ordinateur local ne s’applique pas aux fichiers et contenus locaux traités par Internet Explorer. Si vous ne configurez pas ce paramètre de stratégie, la sécurité de la zone Ordinateur local s’applique à l’ensemble des fichiers et contenus locaux traités par Internet Explorer.
