Ce paramètre de stratégie empêche le téléchargement de fichiers joints sur l’ordinateur de l’utilisateur à partir d’un flux. Si vous désactivez ce paramètre de stratégie, l’utilisateur ne peut pas configurer le moteur de synchronisation de flux pour qu’il télécharge une pièce jointe via la page de propriétés Flux. Un développeur ne peut pas modifier le paramètre de téléchargement via les API de flux. Si vous désactivez ce paramètre de stratégie ou si vous ne le configurez pas, l’utilisateur peut configurer le moteur de synchronisation de flux pour qu’il télécharge une pièce jointe via la page de propriétés Flux. Un développeur peut modifier le paramètre de téléchargement par le biais des API de flux.
