Ce contrôle ActiveX permet aux utilisateurs de modifier du texte HTML et d’afficher un rendu fidèle de l’apparence du texte dans le navigateur. Il existe deux versions du contrôle : une version plus puissante qui ne peut pas être appelée par un site Web car elle inclut un accès aux fichiers et d’autres fonctions, et une version sans danger pour l’écriture de scripts, dont les fonctionnalités sont réduites et l’utilisation destinée aux sites Web. Si vous activez ce paramètre de stratégie, ce contrôle est disponible en tant que contrôle approuvé par l’administrateur et peut être exécuté si l’utilisateur spécifie d’exécuter les contrôles ActiveX approuvés par l’administrateur et les plug-ins en fonction des zones de sécurité. Si vous désactivez ce paramètre de stratégie ou si vous ne le configurez pas, ce contrôle n’est pas désigné comme approuvé par l’administrateur.
