Ce paramètre de stratégie vous permet de définir si Internet Explorer utilise le format UTF-8 pour les liens mailto. Si vous activez ce paramètre de stratégie, Internet Explorer encode les liens mailto au format UTF-8. Si vous désactivez ce paramètre de stratégie ou si vous ne le configurez pas, Internet Explorer envoie les liens mailto encodés selon la page de codes de l’utilisateur actuel. Ce comportement correspond à celui d’Internet Explorer 6 et versions antérieures. L’utilisateur peut modifier ce comportement dans le menu Outils d’Internet Explorer : cliquez sur Options Internet, sur l’onglet Avancé, puis, sous la zone International, activez la case à cocher « Utiliser UTF-8 pour les liens mailto ».
