Description

NOTE: Once this policy is Enabled, only Disable will remove the registry value. Enabled to Not Configured will have NO EFFECT. Specifies the number of retries to perform when a VHD(x) file is locked (open by another process or computer). The default value is 12 retries which is the same as "Not Configured".
