Le chiffrement peut augmenter le temps de traitement des opérations du système de fichiers. L’activation de ce paramètre empêche l’accès aux fichiers chiffrés et la création de fichiers chiffrés. Un redémarrage est nécessaire pour que ce paramètre prenne effet
