Ce paramètre de stratégie contrôle la création automatique par Excel de liens hypertexte lorsque les utilisateurs entrent des informations d’URL ou de chemin d’accès UNC. Si vous activez ce paramètre de stratégie, lorsque les utilisateurs entrent une chaîne de caractères reconnue par Excel comme URL (Uniform Resource Locator) ou chemin d’accès UNC (Uniform Naming Convention) d’une ressource sur Internet ou un réseau local, Excel transforme automatiquement celle-ci en lien hypertexte. Cliquer sur le lien hypertexte permet d’ouvrir celui-ci dans le navigateur web configuré par défaut ou l’application appropriée. Si vous désactivez ce paramètre de stratégie, Excel ne transforme pas les URL et chemins d’accès UNC en liens hypertexte. Si vous ne configurez pas ce paramètre de stratégie, Excel modifie automatiquement les URL et les chemins d’accès UNC en liens hypertexte. Les utilisateurs peuvent modifier ce comportement en activant ou en désélectionnant la case à cocher « Adresses Internet et réseau comme liens hypertexte » accessible sous l’onglet Fichier | Aide | Options | Vérification | Options de correction automatique... | onglet Mise en forme automatique au cours de la frappe | Remplacer au cours de la frappe.
