Ce paramètre de stratégie contrôle si l’ouverture des fichiers Microsoft Query (.iqy, .oqy, .dqy et .rqy) situés dans un emplacement non approuvé est bloquée. Si vous activez ce paramètre de stratégie, les fichiers Microsoft Query situés dans un emplacement non approuvé ne peuvent pas être ouverts. Les utilisateurs ne pourront pas modifier ce paramètre sous Fichier > Options > Centre de gestion de la confidentialité > Paramètres du Centre de gestion de la confidentialité > Contenu externe. Si vous désactivez ou omettez de configurer ce paramètre de stratégie, l’ouverture des fichiers Microsoft Query situés dans un emplacement non approuvé n’est pas bloquée, sauf si les utilisateurs ont modifié ce paramètre dans le Centre de gestion de la confidentialité. Remarque : ce paramètre de stratégie s’applique uniquement aux versions par abonnement d’Office, telles qu’Applications Microsoft 365 pour les entreprises.
