Ce paramètre de stratégie permet aux administrateurs de désactiver la fonction de republication automatique dans Excel. Si les utilisateurs choisissent de publier les données Excel dans une page web statique et activent la fonction de republication automatique, Excel enregistre une copie des données dans la page web chaque fois que l’utilisateur enregistre le classeur. Par défaut, une boîte de dialogue est affichée à chaque enregistrement d’un classeur publié si la republication automatique est activée. Dans cette boîte de dialogue, l’utilisateur peut désactiver temporairement ou définitivement la republication automatique, ou sélectionner Ne plus afficher ce message pour empêcher l’affichage de la boîte de dialogue à chaque enregistrement. Si l’utilisateur sélectionne Ne plus afficher ce message, Excel continue à republier automatiquement les données après chaque enregistrement, sans en informer l’utilisateur. Si vous activez ce paramètre de stratégie, la fonction de republication automatique est désactivée, et les utilisateurs d’Excel doivent publier manuellement les données sur le web. Si vous désactivez ou ne configurez pas ce paramètre de stratégie, les utilisateurs peuvent activer la fonction de republication automatique pour republier automatiquement les classeurs enregistrés comme page web type.
