Empêche les utilisateurs de modifier les icônes du Bureau. Par défaut, les utilisateurs peuvent utiliser la boîte de dialogue Paramètres des icônes du Bureau dans le Panneau de configuration Personnalisation ou Affichage pour afficher, masquer ou modifier les icônes du Bureau. Si vous activez ce paramètre, aucune des icônes du Bureau ne pourra être modifiée par l’utilisateur. Pour les systèmes antérieurs à Windows Vista, ce paramètre masque également l’onglet Bureau dans le Panneau de configuration Affichage.
