Ce paramètre de stratégie indique si l’ordinateur sert de serveur de mise en cache partagé entre systèmes homologues BITS. Par défaut, lorsque la mise en cache partagé entre systèmes homologues BITS est activée, l’ordinateur sert à la fois de serveur de mise en cache partagé entre systèmes homologues (met les fichiers à la disposition de ses homologues) et de client de mise en cache partagé entre systèmes homologues (télécharge les fichiers à partir de ses homologues). Si vous activez ce paramètre de stratégie, l’ordinateur ne met plus en cache les fichiers téléchargés et les propose à ses homologues. Cependant, l’ordinateur télécharge toujours les fichiers à partir des homologues. Si vous désactivez ou ne configurez pas ce paramètre de stratégie, l’ordinateur propose les fichiers téléchargés et mis en cache à ses homologues. Remarque : ce paramètre n’a aucune incidence si le paramètre « Autoriser la mise en cache partagé entre systèmes homologues BITS » est désactivé ou n’est pas configuré.
