Cette stratégie contrôle si les utilisateurs peuvent modifier leurs paramètres. Si vous activez ou ne configurez pas ce paramètre, les utilisateurs peuvent modifier les paramètres du Gestionnaire de package Windows. Si vous désactivez ce paramètre, les utilisateurs ne peuvent pas modifier les paramètres du Gestionnaire de package Windows.
