Ce paramètre de stratégie vous permet de spécifier un emplacement utilisé comme source approuvée pour l’ouverture des fichiers dans cette application. Les fichiers présents dans les emplacements approuvés ne sont pas soumis à la validation de fichier, aux contrôles du contenu actif et au mode protégé. Les macros et le code de ces fichiers s’exécutent sans avertissement. Si vous modifiez ou ajoutez un emplacement, vérifiez qu’il est sécurisé, et que seuls les utilisateurs autorisés peuvent y ajouter des documents ou des fichiers. Si vous activez ce paramètre de stratégie, vous pouvez spécifier un dossier, un chemin d’accès et une date pour lesquels l’application peut ouvrir sans avertissement des fichiers qui exécutent des macros. Si vous activez la case à cocher « Autoriser les sous-dossiers », tous les sous-dossiers du dossier spécifié sont également approuvés. Si vous désactivez ou ne configurez pas ce paramètre de stratégie, l’emplacement approuvé n’est pas spécifié.
